Is the water test really free?
Yes. The in-home test is free and there's no obligation to buy. We do it so we can recommend the right equipment for your water — and you keep the results either way.
How long does it take?
About 20 minutes. We test at your tap, explain the numbers, and answer your questions. If a system makes sense, you get the exact unit and the exact price.
Will I get a hard sell?
No. We show you your water, tell you straight what we'd recommend, and leave the decision to you. Published pricing means there's nothing to negotiate under pressure.
